SUBMISSÃO DE POSTER CIENTÍFICO

- Podem candidatar-se todos os profissionais com interesse na área de Cirurgia Maxilofacial (médicos, médicos dentistas, enfermeiros, fisioterapeutas).
- O trabalho deverá ser original e preferivelmente estar vinculado ao programa científico do evento. Só serão aceites trabalhos cuja índole científica se relacione com temáticas do âmbito da Cirurgia Maxilofacial.
- Os resumos dos posters não podem ter mais de 2.500 caracteres e deverão ser submetidos através da plataforma online: link (eventkey.pt)
- O resumo, além de claro e objetivo, deve conter: o título, o(os) autor(es) e respetiva afiliação institucional / laboral, os métodos / materiais empregues, os resultados / discussão obtidos, as conclusões, bem como as referências bibliográficas utilizadas.
- A data limite para a receção de resumos pelo secretariado é 15-10-2024 (23h59). a. A seleção dos trabalhos será efetuada pela Comissão Organizadora do Congresso até ao dia 20-10-2024 e será baseada no resumo enviado. b. Os candidatos serão informados dos resultados da seleção por e-mail a partir de 21-10-2024.
- Nos casos em que os trabalhos tenham mais de um autor, apenas poderão ser apresentados por um elemento (designado como “apresentador” aquando da submissão). a. Este será o elemento que receberá toda a informação via e-mail e que fica responsável por comunicar todos os detalhes aos restantes co-autores. É também implícita a disponibilidade deste elemento para apresentar o trabalho presencialmente durante o Congresso. b. À data do Congresso, o apresentador terá obrigatoriamente de estar previamente inscrito no Congresso, sob pena dos seus trabalhos não poderem ser considerados.
- Será posteriormente remetido aos autores selecionados o layout de poster a adotar, sendo os mesmos responsáveis pela impressão do trabalho em formato físico para afixação e exposição no decorrer do Congresso.
- Será enviado por e-mail um Certificado a todos os autores do trabalho, após o Congresso. Existirá também prémio para melhor poster, a ser decidido pelo Júri.
